Pilots/Airplanes/Arrival Information

A temporary control tower will be in effect at the Lincoln Regional Airport between 7:00am and 5:00pm.  Refer to 14 CFR §91.126 (d) for specific communications and operational requirements.  A temporary flight restrictions area will be effective during the air show and flight demonstration activity.  Check NOTAMS for dimensions and effective times.

Please arrive before 9:30am to allow time to park your aircraft. Gates open to the public at 10:00am. All aircraft must be set and engines off at that time. Early arrival is encouraged.

Please provide your information on this sign-up sheet, or email beckymcguire@comcast.net the requested information. It is also crucial that we get an accurate estimate of aircraft arriving for display this year.

STATIC DISPLAY AIRCRAFT
Aircraft will be parked out of the “HOT PROP” area. Pilots will be directed by ground control to the display area. At the entrance to the display area a “Follow Me” cart will assist in directing the aircraft. Please shut down your engine at the request of the parking volunteer.

Pilots wishing to be parked together must arrive together, saving space in the row is not allowed. Parking is on a "first-come, first-served" basis.   When you land and park your aircraft, proceed to the pilot registration table by the main entrance. 

The daily airport tie-down fee is being waived by the City of Lincoln for Saturday, October 3, 2009 only.

NON-DISPLAY AIRCRAFT
If you are flying in for the day to enjoy the activities at the airport ground control will direct you to the southern end of the ramp outside of the display area.
